A Sexipe‘s will get you the panties or the draws. Food is the beginning of foreplay before you enter the bedroom. It’s the romance, the conversation, the laughter, the glances. The lip bites and the sexy sipping. I love eating good food and even more I love cooking. Most of all I love cooking for a woman that arouses me. Here’s the first of many sexipes, Parmesan and Parsley Mozzarella Meatballs:
1 Pound of Ground Beef
1 Pound of Ground Pork
Abour 10 Sprigs(Stems) of Parsley
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
First, dice your garlic, parsley, and mozzarella cheese. Hopefully you have fresh mozzarella, that comes in the shape of a ball, instead of that pre-shredded stuff. Place 1 pound of beef and 1 pound of pork into a bowl. Throw in your garlic, parsley, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle a generous amount of parmesan cheese. Mozzarella is for the texture, but parmesan and garlic gives the meatballs a slight funky kick. Then you add bread crumbs and 1 egg. The bread crumbs absorb some of the wetness, while the egg holds these hearty meatballs together #pause.
So with your bare hands get in there and mix this together. Once all of the ingredients are spread evenly. Roll your meatballs up and place them on a oven sheet about a half inch apart. You should get nearly 20 meatballs.
Place in the oven at 425 for the first 5 mins. Then for the last 15 mins bring the temperature down to 375.
Afterwards your meatballs should be well done, cheesy, and juicy(one reason I use pork because it is a moister than beef and personally I love its flavor).
For a quick alfredo sauce to liven up your pasta. Melt some butter, add 1/2 cup of whipping cream, a 1/4 cup of chicken stock, some more parmesan cheese, and let it simmer. To thicken the sauce just add some flour.
